Tides er et 2-trådet garn, blandet af 70% lammeuld og 30% silke.
En fantastisk kombination hvor det glansfulde silke stikker frem som små tweed totter i det blødeste lammeuld. Et smukt og meget blødt garn.

Løbelængde: Ca. 575 meter pr 100 gram.

Strikkes med 1 tråd på pind 3-3½ (ca. 25 masker på 10 cm).

Strikkes med 2 tråde på pind 4-4½ (ca. 16 masker på 10 cm).

Garnet kan vaskes i maskinen på koldt uldprogram.
Bemærk: Garnet indholder en lille smule spindeolie og leveres uvasket. Olien forsvinder ved første vask, hvor garnet "folder sig ud" og bliver fantastisk blødt.

1 thread Tides at needles 3-3.5 mm / US 2.5-4 : Approx. 25 stitches = 10 cm / 4 inches
2 threads Tides at needles 4-4.5mm / US 6-7 : Approx. 16 stitches = 10 cm / 4 inches
1 thread Tides + 1 thread Titicaca or Lucia at needles 4-4.5 mm / US 7-8 : Approx. 21 stitches = 10 cm / 4 inches
Tides can be machine washed on cold program. You will see how the yarn develops and “blooms” and the yarn will become soft in the process.
